How the Alberta OOP Process Works

Get the Request Form: Buy a Request for Vehicle Inspection Form from any Alberta Registry Agent.
We inspect your vehicle: Licensed journeyperson technician performs the OOP inspection at CRC.
If repairs are needed: Complete repairs and return for re-inspection within 10 days.
If passed: Present your OOP Certificate to a Registry Agent within 14 days to register.

Re-inspections presented within 10 days verify only the repaired items. After 14 days, a new inspection is required.
