The mechanics did a great job fixing the issue I had with my 2019 Audi Q7. And I was thrilled to meet their guard pup. "I brought my BMW X6 to this shop for an engine replacement and received the poorest service I’ve experienced with any repair facility. Communication was inconsistent from the start—after being told they would source an engine for me, I received no updates and had to follow up myself, only to learn no progress had been made. Without any notice, my vehicle was moved to their storage facility, resulting in unexpected towing and storage fees. At no point was I informed that such charges were accumulating. When I offered to supply my own replacement engine, I was first told they could install it without warranty, then later informed they would not install any customer-sourced engine. Although they eventually found an engine, the quoted price was significantly higher than comparable options I found elsewhere. When I refused their engine that’s when I was told to retrieve my vehicle, but was told I owed approximately $2,800 in storage fees. After further discussion, the amount was reduced to about $1400 plus towing so in the end I paid about $1800, so in total paid them roughly $2,400 for diagnostics which was already settled prior, towing, and storage—without any actual repair work performed. While I am not suggesting the shop is inherently bad, my personal experience was extremely disappointing, especially given the positive online reviews that influenced my choice. Anyone considering this shop should carefully review all documentation and clarify any potential parking or storage fees beforehand."
