"I had a small issue with my 2025 Mercedes CLE 300 I could definitely feel that something was wrong. I took it to the dealership service, and they kept my car for three days trying to find the problem. "I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with CRC Auto Repair Shop. I trusted them with my car, but they never actually did the work that was promised. Despite this, they still took my money. Not only was my car left untouched, but I was also given no clear explanation or accountability for why the job wasn’t done. A repair shop should be built on honesty and integrity, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. I do not recommend CRC Auto Repair Shop. Based on my experience, I would advise anyone looking for reliable service to go elsewhere, to a place where your vehicle will actually be worked on and your money respected. And they told me I had a 2 years warranty but ever since the car breaks down the same day that I pick it up from there shop they have never responded back to my phone calls or messages this sad ."
